Returns and refunds

Every Marmalade & Oat blanket is made to order from your photos, so all sales are final. We can’t accept returns, exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.

Before we weave, we email you a proof within 24 hours of your order. Please check it carefully. Once weaving starts, orders can’t be changed or canceled.

Damaged, defective or incorrect blankets

If your blanket arrives damaged, has a defect, or doesn’t match the proof we sent you, email us at hello@marmaladeandoat.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. We’ll remake it and send it to you at no cost.
